Restoration:

Exterior: removed vinyl and aluminum siding, installed period style siding and painted in three colors, re-roofed, repaired eaves, replaced soffits, installed new windows with true mullions, new period style front door, replaced porch floor, uncovered and restored porch capitals, landscaped and built garage to blend in.

Interior: removed textured ceilings and cheap paneling, repaired plaster and painted, refinished floors and some woodwork, reinstalled piano window (found in attic), period light fixtures installed, period bath fixtures and tiles installed.
