Restoration:

Exterior: extensive tuck-pointed brick & repaired stonework, replaced or repaired windows (including two stained glass windows), re-roofed, constructed new period style front porches.

Interior: converted from 8 apartments to original 4-plex configuration, redid all ceilings and walls with drywall (uncovered four separate fire areas); replaced all electrical, plumbing and heating; period style woodwork installed.
