Exterior restoration included removal of asphalt siding, repair and painting of original siding, rebuilding of front porch, with lattice and railings made to match the originals, reroofing, bluestone tuck pointing, reglazing windows, new wood storms and screens, replacement of soffits and facoia.

The project was done by Neighborhood Housing Service following Historic Preservation Guidelines.
